This iconic establishment in Doringbaai was in desperate need of a refresh. Reynel and Thea’s family restaurant has so much history, especially the iconic diamond boat at the front of the restaurant. Simplicity in this case was the clear answer to breathe new life into the Cabin.

About the Restaurant
The Cabin has history and a great location but needed a style refresh that reflected its West Coast charm. Misi Overturf and the team from In Die Sop gave this seaside restaurant a fresh look with coastal charm.
The Inspiration
The moodboard was inspired by neutral, coastal colours and textures. Simple and clean.
