Situated in the picturesque town of Montagu in the Western Cape, Mimosa Lodge had a reputation as a fine-dining restaurant that wasn’t accessible to locals. A fresh perspective was needed to give this eatery a new life.

About the Restaurant
Mimosa Lodge would be transformed into an entirely different restaurant with a new name, a new focus and a brand new look. Now as The Grill Room, it needed a moodier, more cozy look as a chic steakhouse.
The Inspiration
To give the dining space a new personality, texture was created through bold wallpaper, strong colour choices and, of course, great fabrics.
